We are delighted to be taking part in Lake Como Design Festival 2026 with Fine Comune, an exhibition conceived by Lobby Nomade and curated by Ultrapresent Studio.

Fine Comune stems from a reflection on the very meaning of the boundary: no longer a barrier that separates, but a point of contact where different identities and languages meet. The Latin term con-finis suggests the idea of a shared limit: the exact point at which one ending meets another. It is precisely within this in-between space that the exhibition takes shape, bringing different works, materials and disciplines into relation and creating an ongoing dialogue between art and design.

Within the former Church of Santa Caterina, the works engage with the architecture and with the public, creating an environment in which the boundaries between categories and languages become more permeable.

Alongside handcrafted rugs by cc-tapis and an upholstered sofa system by Acerbis, Movimento Gallery presents a selection of collectible design objects that highlights contemporary design’s capacity to inhabit spaces of transition: between art and design, function and sculpture, material and perception, tradition and innovation.
